Just an observation, but that man seems to live rent free in your mind. Though if he's bothering you in any way absolutely document that for any future court proceedings. Other than that you shouldn't dwell on him any, as that's where his real power comes from.

I was just wondering what keeps y'all coming back? Is it... the events? the content? the community? the nostalgia? something else entirely? I suppose for me it's a mix of all of those. Since I'm not on any of the major networks because they all suck, this is where I get my fix and find out about shows or keep up with some of what some of the people I like are up to. I have a lot of history here which is mostly good but some bad (as with the rest of the scene.) I do think some things could be done to improve the site, but as it stands I'm pretty happy.

I mean ideally they'd bring their friends? @oXMiahGraceXo brought her's and I think he uses it more than she does at this point. Perhaps we should do a poll...

I didn't think it required a season. I've never been a fan, it's really the texture for me. I like my solids solid and my liquids liquid, even though I know it all ends up in the same place. Also:

What color is it and does it have anything cute on it? I feel like most would be green but brown would make more sense if you get dirt on it. Though white/yellow might be even better since if you start bleeding for some reason you'll notice much faster, and if it gets dirty that just means you're working hard and any stains it accumulated would just be battle scars. Never mind, there's a pic over here.

I mean some people move on. I'd love for many on the list to show up, but that's not happening. Others grew out of it. I think the focus should be on new blood. Get the next generation involved so that it doesn't just die off with us. At the same time though I hate kids, but some of the newer younger members have proven themselves to be assets and not deficits here. All of that said I think the people I'd want here most never joined in the first place. Their views would be too controversial and that whole "play nice" thing would go out the window pretty fast. Anyway, I'm going to go ahead and say @Class-Punk just to be a dick :P I'll try to call @Ice Queen though, hope her number hasn't changed. EDIT: I left her a voicemail, we'll she if she makes it back.

Be very careful how you play it though or he can try to turn it around and get you for harassment. The system works both ways, and it's not always in your favor.

My father's Windows 11 computer shit itself last night. Display port stopped working so I brought it to the work bench to test it with another monitor and HDMI. Then the desktop wasn't showing up and was glitching out. System restore fixed that though. Back downstairs and DP still wasn't working so I hooked up an HDMI. Still poking at it.

I heard they got bought out and it's just another bad brand name now. I've been wearing 5.11s for a while. They're a little rough looking (and that happened fast) but they have held up pretty well in terms of everything else.

Cops are less than useless, and in fact can often backfire. They don't even bother looking for fingerprints because they don't care enough. Get a PPO on him. If he comes back around and you have date stamped video for evidence he's screwed. Or at least that's how it's supposed to work, but YMMV. Cameras are great though.

You should come out sometime, it actually is a lot of fun. Would have been more fun if I could get the slideshow to work though. Now I need to figure out why it did not, and I have no clue why because it did the previous month. At worst I just take the other laptop, but it's huge! My plan is to get a Raspberry Pi to run it automatically so I can just plug it in and start it up.

Well then work out and turn it into muscle so you can at least beat the ass of anyone that calls you fat :P But seriously I don't want to get old. Unfortunately I get very little choice in the matter, and both options of "continue to get older" or "don't continue to get older" kind of suck.

One of my best friends is Armenian and he is a great guy, but most of his family are fucking conartists though. He actually went through college, got certified, and got a good paying job. They all made fun of him for that and not taking advantage of the welfare system (while living large in big houses with nice cars.) Those are the kind of people who make me hate both immigration and welfare. However I also know there are many like my friend too, and that there are many who actually need the assistance and don't abuse it. I've been hanging around Michigan Atheists since Arline Marie was running it and her/her life partner George both carried because they didn't trust religious people one bit. I've added it to my list of reasons why I carry. There are a lot of crazy people out there and I believe in the kind of gun control where I need to be the one controlling the gun. Not that I'm the picture of mental health but I don't believe myself to be a danger to myself or others. If that ever happens to change I'll do the responsible thing and give them up. I've had people thank me at protests for being armed because they felt safer. Kind of made me feel like a hero without having to be a cop (though that qualified immunity would be nice.) Though I also remember being at a counter protest at a Planned Parenthood that the pro-lifers went to make a ruckus in front of. I open carried and they thought I was with them, and I had to explain that no, I was completely on their side. I think I had one person say they still didn't like it and I said "well that's a different protest I'll see you on the other side of, but for now we are allies." Later I ended up standing in the middle of both groups.

Lovable little invasive species aren't they? Keep them inside, no indoor/outdoor bullshit. I'd even say kill the outdoor ones, but at least they keep the rat population down in places like Hamtramck. They are responsible for so many on the extinct/endangered species list. Environmental conservation is not a fun job, but it is a necessary one. I've met great cats and asshole cats, most have been pretty good though. Still more of a dog person, but at least cats can take care of themselves if need be.
