It's really good. I did a ton of research into what asthmatics, like myself, should avoid, as well as what's good. Dairy is bad for me, as it increases the mucus in my lungs. So, I quit dairy. I cheat, here and there. But it's very rare that I do. I drink a lot of almond milk. I use it in my cereal as well. Coconut milk is also pretty great, and you can make a half & half mixture of it.
