WTWTA (Where the Wild Things Are) AMAZING....if Avatar gets an Oscar over this movie, I'm gonna take a sideways steaming shyt on Cameron's Lawn in protest. Where the Wild things are was not only better acted and directed, but the CGI work was much more impressive. Ok, yes, Cameron make real humans look like aliens....whoopdie doo....Spike Jonzes and Crew SEEMLESSLY intergrated CGI head work onto foam bodies. Also...few child actors have been as impressive as Max Record, the young boy that did an AMAZING job with Max, the main character of the book. Plus, who can bash at the great glee hearing the voices of James Gandolfini, Forrest Whitaker, and Catherine O'Hara as some of the "Wild Things".

ROTM (Royal Oak Music Theatre) is bringing in PUSCIFER (as in "Undertaker" and "Rev. 22:20" from the Underworld Movies) to US to enjoy, in a most interesting way. Doors @ 7pm All ages reserved seating is about $40. Both shows are $70 To get into the VIP Meet and Greet, cough up $192 (P.S. While i respect his work, I hear Keenan is something of an unapprecitive Tool, no pun intended) To get into a VIP Wine tasting (wow...seriously?), fork over $125 ok...so lets break this down HONESTLY for all of you. Keenan is charging an ASSload of money, even for a sideproject...EXPECIALLY if a VIP Wine Tasting that he isn't even attending. If he DOES attend, then the ppl that bought those got lucky as hell, because he's not big on that kinda stuff. Best buy is the 2 day tickets at $70 a pop. You get to see them TWICE, and the price isn't that bad for what it is. The meet and greet and Wine tasting....ummm....I almost DIED laughing at them, because there just there to help pay for Keenan's price. DEFINATELY got to the concert....just pass on the met and greet and wine-tasting...please.

My girlfriend has 2 parakeets. They both have free roam of the house, but she doesn't have cats. Her advice is...It's best to see what will be better. She was knowingly irresponsible, and when Patty and Mo attempted to buy her half of the shop off her, Trish refused. Trixies closed down largely because the owner, Trish, spent the last two months of what was supposed to be rent traveling across the US with her new fling. I have little to no respect for Trish. Her attitutde, work ethic, and much of everything else were appalling, to say the least. I have watched her fight with her mother, yell at employees and customers alike, treat the place like it was a flop house when-ever she wanted, and more often then not act like she was above everyone else. Thats NOT the way someone who is running a public place, such as Trixies, should have acted, and her attitude and lack of responsible spending habits are much to do with the reasons why Trixies had to close down. I loved Trixies. Patty, Jeff, and some of the other employees were amazing people to hang out with and talk with. Hell, my best friend Deuce used to work there along time ago. so...I guess it comes down to hoping that Patty and some others can keep it alive, and till then, looking for some other place ot chase ppl around the block and have an AMAZING cup of coffee with an AMAZING crowd of people.
