I had a marvelous time! I got so many compliments (and offers too!) on my new skirt, and I'm very excited about plans to produce more of them! :D:D teehee. I had a bit too much to drink and was a bit floaty much of the night, but then, a certain someone's special gloves never help with that. I had a ton of fun flirting with several lovelies both on and not on DGN. I was excited to see some people who haven't been around lately (Aequoria!! <3<3) and to be able to wish the lovely Bean a happy birthday 2 nights in a row. Eleven looked gorgeous with her longer hairfalls - so feminine! <3 And Hunhee's dress...dayum! Must get one! In general a wonderful wonderful weekend. I don't actually remember everyone I talked to of course but I did enjoy meeting and talking to everyone, as usual! A night where I actually enjoyed 100% talking to everyone I spoke with - how lovely! <3

It does seem to be quite the fashion-oriented topic this week! I made about half of a new vinyl cage skirt last night (whee boning!)...maybe I'll wear that. Not sure. But I want to incorporate a mask somewhere because even if CC isn't doing a Mardi Gras event, I still want to wear my mask! :D

Hahaha now I get it. From the way you wrote the original post, I thought it was your ad on Craig's list...I think everyone else did too...hence why we all were a bit <<wtf huh??>> about it. Makes much more sense now. ><

... Um...no, we're not silly, it was unclear. I thought he was complaining about the ad being taken down, not complaining about the fact that his complaining about the ad being taken down was taken down. ( ) So, in that case, our question still stands...what was the original ad for that was taken down that he's now complaining about? O.o;; I'm not surprised this one was removed, it seems pretty pointless to me, unless he posted it in the rants section? But I don't really see the point of that section in general anyway so ... yeah. ::shrug::

One thing to keep in mind is that while O- is the most useful blood type, as it can be used on anyone, EVERY TYPE IS NEEDED. It's all well and good to say "thank you to those rare types or useful O- types who donate", but EVERYONE who donates is a lifesaver and deserves the same respect! All types are needed and appreciated. Don't feel like if you have A+ or O+ or B- or WHATEVER that you are NOT needed! Everyone is needed! Also, relevant on a board full of freaks like us , remember that you CAN give blood even if you have tattoos/piercings. You generally have to wait 1 year after a tattoo, and it's recommended to wait 1 year after a piercing as well, unless you can prove / are certain it was sterile. Best to just wait a year. So unless you get tattoos done on an annual + basis (which some of you probably do, but not all), you can still give blood.

I last gave about 4 months ago...I'm due again. I used to give at least twice a year from age 17-22, but then I didn't give in Japan, and have only given twice since coming back. I'm overdue and need to give soon, esp since I want to get a tattoo at some point soon so I should do it again before I can't!

I started reading 12 Steps and a Razor last Thursday night...and then couldn't put it down until I finished the whole thing. Been years since that's happened. /end shameless plug XDXD

I have no idea who you are and that sucks. If I *have* met you and am just being a completely socially awkward moron, I apologize, and please remind me! I'm horrible with names and also with matching people to their online personas (it took me like 6 months or so to figure out that the person I was mildly flirting with on DGN and the person I was mildly flirting with at City were the same person! And that's my current bf! I'm pretty hopeless. ).

I'd come. I doubt I fit the criteria as being one of the most opinionated (I've only been deleted once, for calling a certain someone an asshole [he deserved it hahaha], and never actually warned), but it still sounds like a good time. As long as there will only be the bluntness and none of the blunts. I'll skip it if there are both. HAHA we can tie you down and make you watch Eva.

The sad thing is that that was basically just misinformation under the guise of facts. He had paid for 2 seats, but that was only because he was traveling with a friend and it seemed like it'd be a nice small splurge to have 3 seats between the 2 of them so they could relax and not have an unknown 3rd wheel sitting with them. The friend could no longer make it, and he decided to try to get an earlier flight. He didn't require 2 seats, and usually didn't fly with 2 seats - it was a one time only thing completely irrelevant to this case. Basically, he was able to sit in only 1 seat, he met all their rules, and he flew often with them in only 1 seat, so this was basically just a big clusterfuck of wtf. There was no reason he should have been evicted. The whole mess with the 2 seat thing was just SW trying to come up with any excuse they could to dig themselves out of the hole they made...even though it verges on lying by stretching the truth. I do not believe that a rule requiring 2 seats for someone who is truly too big for 1 is a bad thing. However, it's irrelevant in this case, as Smith doesn't meet that criteria. He fit in the seat.

Is there any Mardi Gras celebration this year? Was that the weekend after it last year or the weekend before? Or did we just get screwed because of when it landed in relation to Valentine's? T__T
