I think, it’s great, that I don’t need to own an ATV, and I don’t need to sit on it and rev the engine, to make me feel good about myself, like my neighbor apparently does.

I too am secure about the size of my penis :D

I hate that this guy is married but tries acting like they're not together.  That's why he gets ignored but he doesn't care. He only cares about his own needs. Liar. I know it.  He won't leave me alone.  I'll ignore him for months,  a year and still. He's so good at gaslighting and controlling our interaction because he was my boss a long time ago so I feel like he's still my boss. I'm stupid.

Adopt an extreme mindset that NO ONE is the boss of you. Being a contractor, I am technically "self employed" whether I'm working as myself or for another company, or for a man that's working for a man that's working that's working for a middleman, and I behave the same in any situation in any location... batshit f*¢*in' crazy, nobody orders me around, I do what I want whether it's walking backwards thru traffic in front of a grocery store or operating a forklift blindfolded on a multi million dollar job site. (Funny story for another time guys, the entire Rochester Hills sheriff department pulled me over on my drive to work the other morning literally right in front of the parking lot plaza... and I didn't take no sh¡t from them either lol, they sent me on my way told me have a nice day. I said "You ain't the boss of what kinda day I have" lol, the last bit is BS but ya know what I mean homegirl, don't let nobody push ya around. Shifting your mindset to be tha boss, takin no sh¡t from anyone, it can shake up your perspective in positive and empowering ways. That's my 10,000 word long way of saying "always be yourself and don't let no one push you around at least" LMFAO

Yeah, don't forget to share that forklift story.

If you're at the Rochester Hills Shopping Plaza on Walton and Livernois, I know exactly where you are. :detective:

I spent many years chauffeuring through that area.

I have to tell you, one of my favorite street names is right around the corner on the same block up from the plaza on Livernois.  Unless they have changed the street sign, it reads:

New Life

Dead End

I have to freaking go see that. We're off work today and tomorrow too. This is now going to be the activity I plan my entire Sunday afternoon around. Even tho I literally can't stand driving in the Rochester Hills area, oh funny story... Had to get a new ID  this spring but they gave me a license... In disbelief I looked up my records online to find the case in which I got the gift of suspension until the seas dry up and the skies burn, well it was inexplicably dropped by the BMV in May 2021! Had license all that time with no idea lol. Freaking game changer tho. Yeah I'm drivin out to seek that sign tomorrow fosho!

I'm thinking of calling the X-files to investigate this mystery of how the chrome hair dye I bought turnt my hair a mix of yellow, mint green, and lavender.  Or maybe I should report it to Unsolved Mysteries.

Do what makes you happy.  My moral compass is a bit skewed though.  I'll never cheat on anyone else but if someone else is going to cheat then it might as well be with me.  Though I have a clause to that policy that if they're in a good relationship and their partner is actually a decent human being then I won't bother.

Lots of words

I completely agree.  I'm the boss of me with no gods or masters.  Only my own moral code defines how I do/do not behave.

I support mouthing off to the police.  The problem with that though is the possibility of getting that one unstable cop who gives zero fucks either.  I had a job at a small computer shop in the late '90s early '00s.  The boss gave the lady cop a free CD-ROM drive because the other one failed and it was out of warranty. She went all Karen about it and he didn't want to possibly get shot over it, so she got a free drive and said she'd never shop there again which was fine by us.

Why will it not allow me to put (deceased) for a relationship status as on here? Dammit what's it gonna take to make that possible? TronRP can you pull any strings for me here? Lol.

Took me a moment to catch up that you wanted your "relationship status" as deceased...I just woke up out of a crummy sleep so words were not making a lot of sense.  It was like reading that insurance question that asked "Were you in an accident where you died?"

    • Settling in from a very busy day of auto repair. rental car return and late afternoon yardwork that just wrapped up a little before 10pm.   Now it's time for food and beverage.
    • About to get this day started.  Yesterday, my vehicle was towed to our neighborhood service center and was started on.  I also took care of multiple appointments and errands.  Now I'm about to verify orders and then start on yardwork detailing.

    • I’m feeling the temptation to get dressed and go out to the store to get some dessert.  I’m also feeling restraint because I’m not going to do that, even though I physically feel the temptation.
    • I had two dreams last night. The first was about a man in a director-level importance coming and going from his office. He had trouble with his feet, and it was painful for him to walk. He wore large, warm boots similar to mukluks but comically large. He shuffled while wearing them. When it came time for an important meeting, he switched to a different, more normal boots and walked normally despite being in pain. Then he returned to the large boots. I was watching him from a mall bench outside his office the entire time. The second was about me and my coworker sitting in a room similar to a large, tiered lecture hall. Our boss would bring us comically tall stacks of paper and told us to sort it. The papers were large packets of information on various things, and most of it was basically meaningless. We pointed this out, and my boss shrugged and said "I know" and gave a sympathetic half-smile. There was no way to sort it in a way that mattered. Eating strong cheese before bed is a fun experience. I highly recommend experiencing cheese dreams at least once in your life.
