I got hit on by a creepy douche who kept touching me and begging me to come back to his apartment "that is only 5 minutes away" to smoke "some hard stuff and have a good time".

I know all the DGN ladies are quite able to take care of themselves, but for the record: As a last resort, I'm sure any one of us DGN men would be happy to intervene on your behalf if a drunk tourist (or anyone else, for that matter) can't seem to take a hint. Call it chivalry, call it chauvinism, call it what you like: Offer stands.

I know all the DGN ladies are quite able to take care of themselves, but for the record: As a last resort, I'm sure any one of us DGN men would be happy to intervene on your behalf if a drunk tourist (or anyone else, for that matter) can't seem to take a hint. But apparently 2 random guys came up to my sister Liz and tried to reach under her dress at diffrent times. And a guy just Came up to my friend Mary and start makin out with her then she automaticly pulled back he was like can I call you. I think its something in the air Vday coming up or something because I know of a simlar action happening at my work to girl when she worked at another store a guy tryig to kiss her and grab her boob.

Not that I think they'll show up but if they do... then things might start getting taken care of more seriously. The behavior is completely unacceptable on any level. I won't name names, but it's not just the 'tourists' that do that. Not all guys either. Those who have known me a while may have noticed that my skirts have gotten longer, and I'm wearing tights under them, as of late. Just ass grabbing or slapping I don't mind if it's someone I know and is done in jest, but the hand up the skirt thing really started to piss me off.

And no, I've never seen anything like that in any of the other goth clubs I've been to.

we left around 3:45,met a few really cool people,and

I have seen cops in there, but they usually just scan the dancefloor then leave shortly thereafter.

I think it was on Halloween there were like 4 there. I looked right at one and in a loud drunk "whisper" I asked SaGa if that was a real cop and the cop looked at me and said yes he was an actual cop. So they do show up once in a while.

SO... YEAH. Douchebags. You guys wern't kidding. I'm glad to see business picking up there but it is the WRONG kind. Everyone I talked to who is "one of us" was pissy and offended in some way last night due to the HUGE influx of mostly male douchebag tourists. I was repeatedly rammed into, spilled on and generally annoyed when I tried to dance by wasted asshats in Nike shirts. THEN later on, one extremely drunk douche literally came up to my friend Becca and yacked all down her side. I mean literally. She was soaked. She tried to grin and bear it but we had to go home.
