Yes.......

If you are about to hit a deer, you should hit it. If not, and you swerve, and hit a tree and make a claim, that is considered an at-fault accident (And is surchargable for 3 years on your insurance rates)...If you hit the deer, it is concidered a "Comprehensive claim" whereas if you hit a tree....or other object, it is a single car accident, and is considered at fault....BY THE STATE, AND THE INSURANCE CO.'s

So far, people are yet to accomplish any real good in anything else created by them. I have to go with evil-people are evil, in essence, regardless.

How does this in anyway have to do with my question?
