Fierce Critter

Recommended Posts

Had a delicious truck stop brunch of grits, bacon, and english muffin, followed by one of those really good pretzels at the mall... the kind that tastes all rich & buttery.

Lake trout for dinner! Jynxxxie, any recipe suggestions? Trying to get away from frying all my fish!

Lay trout open and sprinkle the herbs, lemon juice, salt and pepper inside. Dot with slices of butter. Bake at 400 degrees, 10 to 15 minutes until done. Remove skin and serve.
