DGN Night at CC Aftermath, June 6th

i had a rockin good time... good music good friends and a all in all great night. met some dgn'ers i didn't know thanks to reaper and saw all my buddies like headless goth. and considering i'm still standing and i've been up since 630 saturday morning i must of had an awesome time.

I didn't show up until after midnight. I had a really good time. I saw crank Rambo gothkytten prick and a few others I can't remember their names I'm sorry I was a little intoxicated. I saw the old bouncer chris who I haven't seen in a couple years so that was cool. I hung out with gothkytten, dave, roman, and some other friends at the diner afterwards then made my way back home. I brought a couple buddies to cc with me for their first time so that was fun they had a good time. I'm still trying to recover from last night so I'm going to nap now LOL good to see everyone and hope to be there again next Saturday hopefully I can make it before midnight

I was too busy enjoying the company of Spook to mind the douches. No one behaved douche-arily toward me, anyway, but I did hear strange calls on the dance floor reminiscent of retardo hyenas. Between that and the one person who dances worse than I (he danced like the floor was covered in green Jell-o and his feet kept sticking in it), 'twas a riot. I was glad to meet Sasha and her friend. I saw StormKnight, Crank, DarkChilde, Tanuki1985, Punk Princess, beanwater, Fin, gothkytten, enishi, skyfire, eleven, Msterbeau and date Emily, Ice Queen, Stymie (good to meet you!), Reaper, Lord of Sins, Slogo, Gimp, JaXson, the illustrious Restless Oblivion (already mentioned above), prick, hunhee, and Burrich, and I believe I spotted but did not converse with Leland City Club, Ivycat, and Riku Namako. It was a good night, but as I have become accustomed to rising at 6:30 am, I was very far gone by 2:30 and vanished shortly thereafter.

I heard a rumor Kim Sin showed up :wink

It was a bit unusual for me. After photoshooting all day, including "after hours" with the lovely Restless Oblivion and our hippy (having hips, not hippie) sister PussyKatDoll, we needed to have a bite to eat before partaking in Marvin's Long Islands, so we hit the diner before CC. I got to see a bunch of wonderful DGNers and actually spent some time talking with them this time. However, as I was lacking my favorite companion, the night also lacked for me. I left shortly after last call.

It was good seeing DGN'ers, but other than that, the place was a total douche-fest.

Well I didn't notice the douche-bags quite as much as you--though there were a few annoying Wings fans there.

(DUDES--just because we're goths doesn't mean we don't know hockey!)

I had been @ work for 24 straight hours & was a touch incoherent, but that lent a pleasant, dreamy quality to the evening.

It was great seeing everyone.

I do assume you mean Wings fans that are annoying, not that all Wings fans are annoying.

I was raised on hockey so I'm just making sure.

Had fun went with L.O.S. and my girl. They got totally ripped before we left and we had a good time. I seen a bunch of dgn'ers but I can't always name them (I have hockey to watch dammit).

I'd like to meet more of you though.

It's funny how people can totally disappear there. I was keeping a low profile, haha. I talked to some people I knew and danced a bit myself and with some old dance floor buddies, Vampire and Fin, and eventually sat on the couch with pRick and the gimp.

Can't wait to see what fun we have when I head to your side of the pond :wink

      I had two dreams last night. The first was about a man in a director-level importance coming and going from his office. He had trouble with his feet, and it was painful for him to walk. He wore large, warm boots similar to mukluks but comically large. He shuffled while wearing them. When it came time for an important meeting, he switched to a different, more normal boots and walked normally despite being in pain. Then he returned to the large boots. I was watching him from a mall bench outside his office the entire time. The second was about me and my coworker sitting in a room similar to a large, tiered lecture hall. Our boss would bring us comically tall stacks of paper and told us to sort it. The papers were large packets of information on various things, and most of it was basically meaningless. We pointed this out, and my boss shrugged and said "I know" and gave a sympathetic half-smile. There was no way to sort it in a way that mattered. Eating strong cheese before bed is a fun experience. I highly recommend experiencing cheese dreams at least once in your life.

      Why has there been a truck parked outside my window for hours? Glad I don't have a stalker because this truck would be blocking their view.    Had  a dream I was in Pennsylvania with my bf but he didn't look like my bf it was one of them someone physically represented him but you just know it's that person dreams,  ya know?
