steps 1 through 3 rarely work for me.. i utilize them all... but when i take that step back for a moment and analyze the situation of what's pissing me off and how to react to it... it's usually the same as if I jumped straight to step 3. Alot of it I will say is a mental reflex. I deal with alot of dumb ass stubborn machoistic idiots.. so if I don't step up and show some fucknig balls right back in their face... like other's dont... they then think they can walk all over you whenever they please, and it's so much harder to get basic respects back after that point.

Disfigure one of your enemies faces,when they push you to the limit,

you'll feel much accomplished.(only to be used as a last resort)

Better yet throw a couple of 30 gallon propane tanks in a fire

out in a field.

i like to be able to yell.

when i was still with my ex he made me mad one time (not even sure over what) but i was in my car driving at the time (alone) and i just started yelling. i was randomly yelling things i would love to yell AT him (as if i had tourettes) and by the end of it i was exhausted and felt oh so much better.
