DGN @ City Club, Saturday, December 1st

Come. Join us. Meet us. Hang out. We're not that scary in person, really.

Leland City Club

400 Bagley Street

Downtown Detroit

You enter by going through an unmarked door on the First Street side of the Ramada Hotel building, located at 400 Bagley Street in downtown Detroit. The club is at the top of the stairwell. (see picture in the link above in the DGN calendar entry)

All are welcome. Come meet some of us weirdos.

Saturday nights from 10:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m.

Alcoholic drinks until 2:00 a.m., pop and juices served all night.

Admission is $4

18 and up, 21 to drink with proper ID (no exceptions).

No drugs, weapons, chains or spikes.

(The map isn't quite exact. The Ramada is located within the Bagley, 1st, Cass, Plaza Dr. block.)

In case you don't know the "DGN Corner" is to the right of the bar. Currently theres a table, pillar and white couch there, impossible to miss. Come say hello. If no one is there, stay there, they will show up.

If you want talk about some other club, going to LCC on some other night, some other place or some other subject? Make a new thread, don't post about it in this one.

I SERIOUSLY want to be there to make up for missing this past Saturday.

But we are SERIOUSLY broke, so I'll have to see if I can get my ass in gear and get some eBay stuff up tomorrow on 3-day auctions (I HATE putting auctions up that short, but I needs the $$).

If so, SEE YA'S!!! :D

Not sure where you live but thinking of going I could maybe give U a ride and treat ya to a drink?

Very nice of you. :)

But I'm downriver. 20 minutes south of Detroit.

My husband and I will manage. He just started a new job. His last 2 paychecks from his last job didn't total more than $300, and then he was 2 weeks before getting his first from the new job.

After a couple more weeks, I'll have no complaints about being short on $$. It's just this in-between period of catching-up that's a major budget hell.

Still, that's an awesome offer. :)

I think we'll be able to scrape up $8.00 to get in, $3.00 to park (fingers crossed that the hotel lot has vacant spots), and Jon only drinks water. Maybe I'll go back to the old sneaking-in minis trick. :D

Odims and I are going to a dinner party in Greektown that night. I think we might stop by.

If we do, then this will be the first time in a LONG time that I will not be wearing hair falls.

I have gifties for you. If you're gonna show, let me know so I can arrange to have the stuff where you can find it without my having to bring it into the club.

Corsets & cleavage are a wonderful thing. :D

I was getting empty mini bottles from a yahoo group member who worked for the hotel industry. Washed, dried, I could bring 4 in at a time. :) Toss 'em in a pop or juice, throw out the bottle, good to go.

I'm outta bottles, though. Auctions are up to $75 and climbing, so I don't think I'll have to do that this week.
