Clairol 40 weight liquid w/ BW-2 bleach powder & I use Adore' brand dye.. Special Effects works well if you blow dry it in {it does not say to, but it lasts longer} The Adore HAS to be heat treated.. I blow dry mine until the dye is completely dry & then I leave it in for about 20 min afterward.. You can pick up a conditioning treatment pack for about $2 at the hair store you get the dye at.. That will keep it shiny. When rinsing the hair USE COOL WATER.. as cold as can be withstood {THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT} This also applies to when she washes her hair after the initial dye job She should wash less often then normally if she wants to make it last longer. I don't know why you didn't just ask Me in the first place, silly..
