Things got a little crazy after you left.  Here are the tomato roses I made for on a Chicken Fra Diavelo pizza.

We also made a cornbread crust breakfast pizza with hollandiase sauce, bacon, scrambled eggs, and cheddar cheese.  There were many other pizzas made but it is hard to list them all but it was all kinds of random cooking kitchen fun.

If it wasn't a school night, we could have stayed longer. But the time we spent there was a blast. Given how flavorful the Philly Steak and Cheese pizza was, I am not sure if I can even imagine the flavors of the others that were cooked. 

You could actually do a side business running a "word of mouth" eatery out of your place. Who knows, it might turn into one of those places Anthony Bourdain visits as a "hidden treasure".
