He did it again last night, I was dead asleep and I could feel something fucked up, I woke up screaming..I didn't know what was happening. I wish I could call the cops but they aren't going to care, there going to tell me to leave, well I shouldn't be staying here anyway....still...I'm stuck with nowhere to go until I start this other job...I would rather sleep in my car but than where will I go shower and stuff.

He's not my husband, boyfriend, nothing he has no right to do that to me in my sleep.......I just can't believe this is happening and I am 34 years old....I feel helpless like a little child.

I called a fucking rape hotline last summer when it started, I was sure they dealt with assaults and other stuff like that I told them what was happening but they didn't seem to give a shit they said the same thing go to the cops, and they couldn't even help me get in a shelter because they said they were full......I tried to leave........I have no one to help me deal with this....but holding it in is killing me inside. I hate telling it here but I can't take it anymore, I don't want his hands on me.

I don't know about Detroit, but there is a homeless outreach center in Windsor that offers showers and laundry services and such to homeless people. Google to see what homeless options are available to you.

In a pinch you are welcome to come shower here, even crash if you need to.

I called all the shelters, hon there is a waiting list always..and a lot of them you have to be checked in by like 6, well I work a schedule at this job now where they ask me to open and close the restaurant sometimes, I may not get off til 11 at night...Like tonight, I wouldn't be able to get in a shelter even if I had one to go to.

I'm so sorry for talking about this on the board, but I don't know what else to do......I just need to let it out to someone finally.....it's been a year. I don't want sympathy, I just need to let it off my chest. I feel terrible, I feel like nothing...and he knows I am alone with no one to do shit about it, he feels..in a way he, this pervert is all I have that has helped me since I have lost everything, he knows I am weak and vulnerable...he knows I have nowhere to go, no one to stand up for me when I can't do it anymore, I have never in my life felt like this.
