TheOsakaKoneko
But...but...but after the mad awesomeness that was City's playlist the week before last, how can I afford to miss it? How can I tell when it will be mad awesome goth night at City instead of ebm night? How can I tell if I should go to the Works or City??? I guess no one can really answer that.... So I'll ask a different question. How much of the 80s played here is going to be mad awesome goth-y 80s as opposed to Madonna, Tina Turner, and Phill Collins? And how is this different from Luna's 80s night (which I've never been to but kinda plan to go to this week)? Too many choices!!! I want to be EVERYWHERE!!! And ill be totally honest, out of all the Dj's I have ever heard spin in detroit, Wilhelm and saint are the best ones, or at least my favorites. I hope wilhelm starts DJing again at dead-line so you can hear him more often.

I know...but like I said, it's so hard to decide. Had you been at City 2 weeks ago, trust me, you'd understand my dilemma. Just check out the playlist: http://www.detroitgothic.net/index.php?showtopic=27906 There were a LOT of good songs in there. But a night like that is pretty rare... Maybe I should go to the Works until 2 and then hit City till close. Most of the best stuff is played after 3 anyway... But...City is free.... But drinks are cheaper at the Works...and stronger...but if I drink I can't drive to City... (Hmm..walk to City?) Decisions decisions. haha

taysteewonderbunny
I went....a week early. I has another wonderful event planned for the actual date (not Calix' wishful thinking date). I wish, for all the years I had nothing to do on a Friday night, that I wouldn't have schedule conflicts where I have NOTHING to do for one Friday and then six things I want to attend the next. Drat.
