I think its good that you got an animal. As an animal rights advocate which landed me in some trouble sometimes I think its great when a human adopts. I just read an article in my Christian beliefs on whether animals have souls cuz when I die I want to go to heaven and want my rats and all my animals that I cared for over my years to be there with me and God.
