Off the shoulder is okay if either you have a good strapless bra or your tits aren't SAGGY. I cannot emphasize this enough. If you're starting to droop, tube tops and off the shoulder are NOT for you!

With men, I'd rather see them nude than with anything on at all. Pants just cover up the most awesomest-to-stare-at-blankly-while-drooling part of the male anatomy, so I am a sworn enemy of boys in pants . I think boys (with hot bodies obviously) should just go by ancient Greece clothing rules (well...at least the Olympics in ancient Greece) constantly.
