Hellion
:devil We got there really early, awsome lighting effects too. Bahaus also did a great performance on stage also. The beer prices sucked, they should call it,Highway robbery Beer. Had a great time.Getting out was'nt too bad, other cars were not even moving at all.Of course some people had to mosh, and piss others off.
Anathema
It was a great show, i agree. We had lawn tickets but ended up in the 15th row which rocked. I thought Peter Murphy has been looking worse and worse every time I see him preform, but hey, he's how old? The beer prices, yeah, that was bad. We were in the Starlight Lounge and it was a bit cheaper but the husband still complained about how much it was. As for getting out, we just hung out for awhile and chatted with people we knew til things cleared out a bit. All and all, it was a great night though. Lots of people we knew and haven't seen in while. :devil We got there really early, awsome lighting effects too.Bahaus also did a great performance on stage also. BillyDeath
Dammit I was going to start this website. Well I really enjoyed seeing Bauhaus that was why I decided to go. They are my favorite band and I never thought that I would have the opportunity to see them in concert because they broke up in the early to mid 80's. Bauhaus is the band that are considered the Godfathers of Goth. Peter Murphy looked cool with his spiked hair and lamb chops. It was also cool how he carried that rod on stage. Daniel Ash was cool too. He is my next favorite guitar player. It was also cool how they used the sax. I also enjoyed NIN too. I thought the effects and performance in the show was better than the first time I seen them.

I loved how Murphy was using the pole to hit to drum cymbals (spelt wrong i believe, sorry). That was GREAT! Then the whole sax thing, that was just sexy. I loved them back in the 80's so much and never was able to see them live, only Peter Murphy so for that reason alone the whole show was well worth it for me. But NIN's effects were so nice to the eyes. I have seen them every time but the last and they do seem to get better and better as for effects every time it seems like. AstralCrux
The concert was awesome. Crank, was the happiest I've seen him in a while, but the others present in the group I went with I could have done without. I can die happy now I saw Bauhaus in Concert! slingerlandstyx
I had somebody come up to me and compliment me for dancing when NOBODY else was. Kinda cool, but what does that say about the crowd? They didn't even try to get an encore! P.S. - Dancing on a sloped & slippery surface kills your stamina! dr mojo
All I could think of when I saw Peter Murphy's stage preformance was the scene from "Empire Records" when the kid said "It's Rex Manning Day!"

TheLordShaper
ummnm no... my driving drunk days are long past. I had a stone sober driver with me which was helpful while filling out a police report. No, something stupid like flipping out and being a stark raving lunatic. I'm a high strung person and if that happened while I was in a bad mood.... oh good. I might ahve gone hunting for the SOB. As it stands im out a hundred bucks and my car look all spifft but it still irks me. TLS
saechalyn
Somehow I missed this thread. I had a wonderful time; my friend and I had a good view considering we were on the lawn, the weather was perfect, and we ran into gobs of people we'd been hoping to see. The afterparty was fun too. All in all a great night.
