Omg yes, I been using this thing, a peptide called DSIP (delta sleep inducing peptide) It doesn't make you get to sleep but when I actually am asleep I sleeeeep so good. I'm out, like even if it's 3 hours it's the best sleep I've had in so long, when I do wake up in the middle of the night, I'm back out immediately. No problem.

The past few days, I been having weird feelings like my head, face, and neck are on fire. I took my temperature this morning and it was perfect so I was like wtf I feel like my head is on fire and than, I got quiet, and thought, oh, "wait a minute" and my inner voice kicks in like, "Bitch, you are 45 years old, what do you think this is? For me it's just the actual seeing the change after being over 200 lbs for the past 10 years, to see the rapid change in my skin because of the weight loss.

I feel alright, I managed to climb my fat ass down the river ladder this afternoon and swam in the Detroit River water here. I been living here 4 years and I been wanting to go back there and swim with the other ladies every year but scared to do it because; 1. Bathing suits on my ass = 🤢 2. I haven’t swam in a few years. 3. Fish hooks, giant rocks, toxic waste, and dead bodies. 4. It's the fucking Detroit River. That currant is no joke though.
