Chinese New Years We make these during the Holidays. My mom made these, we asked "what are they?" she said, "uhhhh, Chinese New Years!" Later my brother and I called them Chinese Boobies because some of them had a nipple type shape. HUSH!! We were only like 10 or so. :grin: 12 oz. chocolate chips 12 oz. butterscotch chips 12 oz. Chow Mein noodles In a large microwave safe bowl melt the chips in 1 minute intervals, stiring until smooth. Add the Chow Mein noodles slowly until most of the mixture is absorbed. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper and let set. As a variation, use the instructions above and 12 oz. chocolate chips 12 oz. peanut butter chips peanuts I don't know how many peanuts i used because i used up what I had in the house. I've also added raisins which is also very good.

We were at a music festival in NC. We were sitting along this curb or landscaping ties (i can't remember) eating some pizza. These girls ran up to the guys standing behind us and started in with "OMG!! We love you guys sooooooo much! You are the only reason we came to this show!!!!" On and on like that. I don't even remember who they were. Cowboy...something, it was in 98. It was just funny that we were sitting in front of someone famous and didn't know it.

*LOL* Remember Three Non-Blondes?? We were walking around the mall one day and saw them. Then we saw the lead singer at the music store and my daughter, 2 at the time< walked right up t her and started yacking at her! That gal thought she was the cutest-it was cute. We saw Depeche Mode at a pavillion venue at an amusement park. While waiting we walked around and passed Andrew Fletcher, righ t in the middle of the crowd going in! I stopped and looked at Daniel with that "was that...." look and he had the same look!

Daniel went there to pick up a new sucker for Michael (long story) and picked up a few doughnuts. While standing in line at the U-Scan the man in front of him looked VERY familiar. "I know, he looks like Jeff Daniels" Daniel looks around the store and sees a radio station has a table set up. He says, "are you Jeff Daniels?" *smiles* "yes I am." "What are you doing at a Grand Rapids Meijers???" "I just released a Cd and this is one of my stops......" "Well, good luck with that"
