Here is the idea:

In an effort to prevent frustration, flamewars, name calling, calling out, picking on, etc.... I offer myself PHEE... to represent the focus of all frustration for the board...

In other words, lets say you break up with your boyfriend/girlfriend and you really want to vent without naming names or pissing people off... well now you can by posting:

"Goddamnit Phee!!! You are such a prick, and don't treat me right, I am so glad I dumped you, and your stupid ass friends, I know the sex was amazing but you are just such a bad person... Fuck you Phee!!!"

Or say another DGNr has really pissed you off, and you don't want to be a jerk:

"Your opinions are both uneducated and retarded Phee, I hope you get hit by a truck and then as you lay on the road a racoon with herpies rapes your broken body... I hate you Phee"

So there you have it, please refrain from using things that would "out" the actual person IE: "Phee you live at 4832 Birdsong Lane in Milford, and I hate your little brother Jack" because then we could figure out what you are talking about

A fuckstick is someone who stalls a conversation/argument with crap that has little or nothing (mostly nothing) at all to do with the conversation/argument. It has to be habitual behavior to qualify as being a Fuckstick.

Like this:

You know Dark, in the first sentence, you did not capitalize the word "fuckstick" and in the last sentence you did use caps... how are we supposed to take anything you say seriously if you cannot even be consistant with your typing?

(That is me being a fuckstick)

Although I've been well prepared for this ... it's just not as funny until you see it in print.

*sigh* I don't think I could ever take out my frustrations out on Phee though (and I have an awful lot). He's been too nice.
