Ghost Movies

Recommended Posts

SO I am starting a "Wraith: The Oblivion" Game again, and they want it to be "horror" oriented. I already have my ideas for the story, so im not worried about the plot, but I cant seem to get into the "mood" what are some creepy, dreary, depressing and flat out scary ghost movies? I know I usualy have seen em all but you never know, someone may surprise me.

for some strange reason, it never posted my reply.

1. The Changeling. 1980 George C. Scott - one of my favorite ghost movies

2. Devils Backbone - but i'm sure you've seen it.

3. House of Voices - again, being a Pascal Laugier fan, i'm sure you've seen that too.

4. Session 9 - one of my favorite movies. DO IT GORDON

5. Tale of Two Sisters - the original Japanese version.

aaaaand......i'm drawing a blank. now i'm curious though and i'll have to look through our collection when i get home.

Ooo, W:TO. <3

I wish that, A) I lived closer and, 2) I wasn't so busy right now with 50 million things going on or I'd jump right in. I have every product made for W:TO so if you wanted to come over and look through my library, you're more than welcome.

Over my dead body! Er, wait ... let me rephrase that. lol

Wraith is one of the games that I won't part with anything. I need to go through all my books though and see what I can put on ebay. Some Werewolf stuff for sure, all my Deadlands stuff, possibly trim up my Vampire line a bit, maybe a Changeling book or two but I doubt it, might be some d20 StarWars worth getting rid of and maybe even a few West End Games supplements ... don't know what else.

Wraith, Earthdawn, and 7th Sea, I'm keeping everything. But, the library is open if you wish to browse.

Before you throw any white wolf stuff on Ebay, let me take a look. And I understand about not wanting to get rid of stuff. The only white wolf books I would get rid of are the Werewolf ones, because I hate that part of WoD...I never could get into it...unless I was a Snake or Spider... The whole religious/Tribal thing just doesnt do anything for me.

I knew I liked you for a reason. lol. Ananasi or Naga all the way. Mokole were pretty cool though too. Nuwishi were good in idea, bad in execution.

Mokole are cool to, yes, I was not a fan of newisha...They should be NPC only if anything...the whole "only 2 on earth at a time" thing makes them to rare for players imo...
