Yeah some pics won't work , if the file size is too big >50kb. I didn't try uploading anything to dgn yet, but I usually upload a pic to my comcast email and use their free online storage and use the URL option for graphics. Photoshop works wonders if you have a pic thats too big and you absolutely have to have it as your avatar.

Its funny cause the iggy pic I stole from soooth works fine as an avatar on dgn but won't work at all on the lame ass CCforums.

If you need help resizing a photo, please let me know and I'll see what I can do to help. I don't have PSP but a comparable program that I can use to help out.

Daevion, the CC forums may force the avatar to be a certain size and because of that, it may need to be, ie less than the 56k you described in your example. DGN does the same but I don't think that there's a size limitation although it's more effective if the photo is shrunk first before using it as an avatar. Makes it easier for folks on dialup or slower connections.
