Marblez
How much..per. month and down for Rent to Own.. dose it need any thing done to it.-CatsEye Taxes and insurance are bound to go up once it is reported that it is not my primary residence and will be rented, so I can not quote a price firmly until that time. I would say that the very high side would be about $1000.
Marblez
Down payment would be but would have to be discussed...I am not exactly in the real estate business so I don't know the costs associated yet. Hell, I have still got my stuff in it. No major repairs are needed. Some minor things will be needed - 1 new light fixture in kitchen, new downstairs toilet and new paint in a few of the rooms. c0pper
What'd you pay for it and how much is left?
Marblez
What'd you pay for it and how much is left? I am not exactly sure what it is that you are asking. I am not looking for someone to take over my mortgage... I am looking to sell for market value, rent (for a profit) or "rent to own" which means that a percentage of the rent is used to accrue down payment for purchase. If you are questioning the value of the property, similar condos in the complex are asking from $69,000 to $80,000.
c0pper
You seem pretty desperate to unload it. It's under 100k? Hrmmmm....reeaaaaaly? How soon are you selling?
Marblez
You seem pretty desperate to unload it. It's under 100k? Hrmmmm....reeaaaaaly? How soon are you selling? Well, to be honest.... "Desperate to unload" is not the right word at all. I would continue living there happily, if my new husband's house were not larger. If I were desperate to unload...I would have sought a realtor by now.
Marblez
How soon am I selling... My aunt had interest in purchasing it but I fear that she is changing her mind due to distance from work. So I am putting out feelers here and there. Plus, I still have to get my stuff out first.
