  1. Yeah, I'm good like that. I'm sure it's around somewhere.

  2. Antony Hegarty, from Antony and the Johnsons.
  3. I love that song, Rev! I love most New Order songs. I am listening to Antony being interviewed on Fresh Air.
  4. And how! I'm placing bets with myself on how long I let this image stay up.
  5. I just took this and was rather pleased with the results. This is the nekkidist it's ever gonna get from me, I guarantee you. And jynxxxed, you are a gorgeous girl! ETA: Okay, let the record show: Just around 30 minutes! And yes, I know...just because I take it down doesn't mean it's gone. Still helps!
  6. Generally, I just prefer to watch the damned show. But it's fun to ponder the direction it's taking and the hints the writers have potentially been dropping along the way and try to connect the two.
  7. I know, right? This is what happens when Amandas get exceedingly bored.
  8. Yaww, what a gorgeous and happy-looking cockatiel.
  9. Yeah, I'm with you about D'Anna and Ellen. D'Anna's decision to stay behind was so not-fully-baked; we'll hear more from her. And Ellen just can't stay away. Additionally, I like Meg's theory about Kara/Ellen. I still think Kara is some representation of the goddess Aurora.
  10. Her name be Ellen. And yeah, I did know that...I was just wondering what's up with D'Anna. Like, is she being coy on purpose? If she were being more helpful (and if she hadn't stayed behind on Earth), the humans could just ask her to confirm/deny the Ellen theory. But the more I thought about it, the more I realized that relations between humans and Cylon(s) is still very tenuous, and she'd have no reason to tell them everything willingly.
  11. Ahh, okay, makes sense. I just wondered why she can't just be like, "Oh yeah, and the last one is BlahBlah!" But I guess that would be too helpful; she has to be all mysterious and Cylon-y about it. Also, I just want to say...Felix Gaeta is SUCH a tool. I remember when he was a likable character. C'est la vie. Or, uhm...c'est la fictional shows on Sci-Fi.
  12. Hey, so since we're talking openly about the current/final season, I'm sure nobody will mind if I ask a question. I've been following the series since the start but missed a lot of the first half of this season. I'll catch up eventually, but in the meantime, some questions pop up here and there. So, what happened to the whole "we'll just get D'Anna to identify the last Cylon" idea? They unboxed her...did she conveniently forget that she saw the face of the final Cylon in her vision that one time?
  13. I saw this recently and really loved it. The whole movie has this great tone to it, like being outside all alone in the dead of winter with just a little snow falling. And I just want to state for the record that it in no way resembles Twilight.
  14. An orange chai from Cafe Luwak in Depot Town. But that requires leaving my place, which is one thing I *don't* want right now.
  15. I like the Grinderman thing, I think it's largely responsible for giving Nick his groove back. I mean, I won't know for sure until the new Bad Seeds record comes out, but the tracks I have heard from it sound a lot more energetic and a lot less "Warren Ellis is all up in here with the same old violin sound." I'm listening to Mark Kozelek's (awesome) acoustic verison of "Love at First Feel."
  16. I want to hug you for both of those sentences.
  17. "Eternal Flame" -- Joan as Police Woman. I hereby order each and every one of you* to get this album. It's just brilliant. *ok, those of you who enjoy good music. target="_blank
