Annoyed by the degree that stupid tree is STILL running our lives ... and it all started last December, when THIS happened: That's my car -- in my driveway. $12k worth of damage to replace hood, roof, windshield, moonroof, moonroof deflector, all sheet metal and glass on the entire passenger side excluding the back fender (which was the only piece on the passenger side not damaged). Passenger side mirror and housing, all wiring for moonroof, auto dim rearview mirror, and sideview mirror and some interior panels on the dash that sustained glass damage from the busted windshield and moonroof. Then this that knocked out all out power in the middle of July heat for 3 days: And now this. (I have no pictures this time, yet ...)

This is the SAME tree .... same one that fell on my car (and caused $12k worth of damage and 6 months to fix -- and the insurance company FIXED IT!), same one that knocked out the power lines to the neghbourhood and ripped all stuff off the side of our house, same one I had to fight with DTE to come trim so it wouldn't drop anymore on the lines again, same one that crushed the neighbours fence, same one that is keeping us from using our driveway, same one that is now a dropping GINORMOUS pieces across our yard (which is saying how large it is because our yard is HUGE). Someone come cut down this friggin' tree. ... anyone???? please.

Really, really annoyed. Gee, funny how that always happens on Friday.

Staring in awe at the huge chunk that just fell off the tree and smashed stuff and things and made a huge hole in our yard and left nasty debris everywhere -- right in front of my eyes.

Faxing some stuff off. And hoping my four year old decides to nap and STOPS talking ... the boy won't stop talking!!!

It's actually not that cold out there. A bit chilly, but not cold.

Like I'm on hold with St. Joseph Mercy Hospital concerning medical records I requested about a month for a doctor's appointment I originally scheduled for Monday and now need to reschedule.

Tired ... and owie.

Beef stew in a bread bowl. ... Kinda. It's on the table while I'm in the office/front living room arguing with the ex over e-mail.

My eyes are burning ... something is burning out of the bottom of my oven and my entire house is smokey. I have fans on and windows open and it's dissipating as it continues to burn off ... but OWIE.

Like the meeting at school went GREAT. But I'm really, really hungry!

Now I am amused.

Nice to know in advance my kids school is closed tomorrow (just got an e-mail) but kinda not because they just had a BUNCH of days off.

About to cry. Horrible day ... And to top it all off, my brother made plans to have Christmas (we always do Christmas Eve together as a family on my side) at his house. I'm allergic to cats. :( I can't go. No one told us that he had made these plans with my sister, So when I called Mom she got all mad at me and told me to do whatever the hell I wanted to and hung up on me.

Nasty, nasty headache and I'm hungry. *sad*

I have a headache.

I wear glasses. I have since I was 5. I have astigmatism and a HUGE aversion to putting things in my eyes (I can't do contacts because I can't put things in my eyes). I have the neat bendy blue frames. I like them a lot, better than any other pair I've had. Me and my youngest son, Elijah: Luckily, it isn't REALLY bad, and I can go without them if needed. Like I did for almost a year in 2006 when my glasses were busted in a fight in January and I didn't get new ones until November. So sometimes when I go out (like CC) I leave them in the car.

Cold, we didn't get much raking done before it started to get dark.

Pain. A lot of it. Hopefully it gets better very soon.

Jealous of everyone else in the neighbourhood with small yards that were able to wait until the last minute to rake their leaves out to the curb and still finish. I've seen about three people come out and get it done before the trucks came.

I'll be home sometime around 4 pm - if I'm lucky. I leave here at 2 pm to go get the kids.

Nausea. Yuck.

Annoyed I have to wait until 3 pm to register for school and I won't be home then. And about to go out in the cold and finish raking the leaves so the city will pick them up.
