  1. There is a really awesome mash up of this song and NIN - Closer if you can find it. Done VERY well. the track is called "Crushingly Close"
  2. One of my really good friends in a new age vegan peta crackpot (and I call him this daily). I never will understand the ridiculous ideas they come up with... I mean come on Sea kittens?! Asking a band that has been around for over 20 years to change their name now... effin stupid...
  3. удача! (I hope that came out right!) either way thats awesome! I hope it goes well for you!
  4. So I got my double LP today! Its effin awesome!!!!!! One disc is clear red one is clear blue vinyl. It came with a red blindfold with SKOLD vs KMFDM on it liek the cover as well. Very happy to add it to my collection
  5. hehe seriously... that Lansing stuff sucked last time. This show will be AMAZING! mad Sin is in my top five and they ROCKED last time.
  6. Toronto is only about 4 hours actually hehe. Ill probably go to this show too!
  7. I effin LOVE cryptozoology ! I have a complete love for the jersey devil and the ohio grassmen! lol. I get lost in articles for hours if i stumble upon new ones.
  8. Add my name to the SP list. One of my top three groups. Anyway, so yes of course I bought this as well for Ogre. I remember hearing about it a few years back on the puppy sites talking about Ogre and Paris in the same flick... Its pretty entertaining. the singing is well... subpar in alot of parts but still a good watch and im happy I bought it. Ill probably watch it a few times. I do find the "Surgery" song stuck in my head alot... "A little glass vial?"
  9. So I dig this disc. Not all of it but most of it. "Bloodsport" is freakin KILLER! The SKOLD tracks remind me alot fo the SKOLD self titled project back int he 90's or some of the MDFMK stuff.
  10. oh yeah I also have the "Symbols" inked down the back of my right arm.
  11. im pretty proud of it. every full length including OPIUM. A few random singles. all the EXTRAS albums. the original NAIVE, the die cut card board version of ANGST, all the 24/7 singles thus far including a test pressing. Autographed copy of Ruck Zuck. Doubles, triples, or quads of every postcard they send with orders. the limited edition Godlike skateboard deck. "Don't Blow Your Top" 12inch. Original "SUCKS" tshirt as well as tons of tshirts from the bundles or shows. but... my fav... my number one... the thing I will save in a fire without a doubt... I have the MASTER TAPE for the track "Blood" from Angst... If I could sleep with it I would
  12. doh! hehe I just got the next 7" in the 24/7 series! think they have done 13 thus far... too lazy to count. Hope they tour detroit this time around too for either or both albums.
  13. Im just happy to see SKOLD doing things again on his own and with my fav band (also) KMFDM! I loved the SKOLD years of KMFDM and look forward to them again. Got my vinyl on pre-order for a week or two now for the album! Will be a nice addition to the collection.
  14. didnt 8ball open for Mad Sin in Lansing which was also opened by the Kats so they did play together? oh ps. MAD SIN may 1st in Toronto with THE BRAINS!!!!!!!!
  15. The Brains are great! I saw them last summer and plan to see them a few more times this summer! They put on a great show and sound EXCELLENT live! they are also the reason I met my amazing girlfriend http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseacti...ideoid=36308422 thats a video from the last time i saw them playing Vamos haha.
  16. Layin claim to Dearborn Heights here... and I know there are a few Dearbornites here I do believe im the only Heights hehe... thats north heights too.
  17. Ill be at both shows. Mad Sin was AMAZING last time they were here... out in lansing... this time they will actually play detroit. Word on the street is near the end of may for the date
  18. MOJO NIXON! AHHHH! I jusrt listened to him too! his cover of Girlfriend In A Coma is great! "Gonna tie my pecker to my leg to my leg... gonna tie my pecker to my leeeeggggg...." ps. Creepshow in Detroit less than a month away!
  19. oh its cheesey and good! Its missing nudity though. and not in that perverted sorta way. I have just never seen so many people hump with that much clothing on since middle school! Especially with how trashy/flity the main character bad girl is. and I wont even get into the zombie masseuse... its worth a watch and maybe a purchase... I bought it but I love me some zombies
  20. Own it and love it! hehe... though it is missing a few things it was still a great campy flick!
  21. I effin LOVE The Cramps... Saw they were talked about a bit so had to chime in. Though the cramps arent psycho nor rockabilly they sure are effin amazing! "She Said" "Naked Girl Falling Down The Stairs" "Garbageman" "Teenage Werewolf" " TV Set" "Elvis Fucking Christ" " Dr Fucker" "Dames, Booze, Chains, and Boots" all such good tracks... Since we are on the topic of psychobilly and for the newcomers to the genre Ill toss a piece of psychobilly history out. Johnny Cash is credited with coining the term "psychobilly" in the song "One Piece at a Time" though the Meteors are credited as being the first band to call themselves psychobilly (there is a bit of debate on that last piece of info but its widely accepted and close to written in stone)
  22. Well I would name bands but Joey pretty much covered them all some of my personal favs are Rock-a: Amazing Royal Crowns (dont care if they had to change their name thats what they will always be to me), Horton, Ally Dukes, Three Bad Jacks, Johnny Powers, Moonlight Cruisers, Wanda Jackson. Psycho: Koffin Kats, Creepshow, Nekromantix, The Rocketz, Mad Marge and the Stone Cutters, the henchmen, Mad Sin, 7 Shot Screamers, Peacocks. Not a Tiger Army or Horrorpops fan at all (ok i like two songs from horrorpops and thats is Misstake and Crawl Back Home) Kings of Nuthin' are great! really impressed someone mentioned them (GO MEG!) Not many people seem to know about them
  23. /agree I love the Skold solo album from the 90's and his work with Shotgun Messiah was great! I also really liked his KMFDM years and MDFMK (got to see the tour and he was GREAT live) years.
