ops forgot to say how to make it x.x.
flour chicken + salt, pepper, garlic
saute chicken breast, in olive oil.
Take chicken out. Set in oven to keep temp up.
add little more oil to pan,
saute freash choped garlic, capers, Roma toms (think sliced wedges) and artichok hearts.
add some white wine, let cook down.
add whole butter cubs
slowly one at a time.
Till butter sause is nice and creamy.
dont add butter in to slow or it will break.
Put chicken breast on top of some angel hair pasta,
pure every thing on top.
Good with a nice garlic bread or roll
