My great grandfather and I were very close. He died in 96 and I have missed him dearly. My cousin used to produce music videos in the 80s. He did work for Debbie Gibson and the like. Anyway, when my GG died he made a video of his life from pics taken in the early 1900s (he was born in 1900) up until he died and he played this song. Every time I hear it I cannot help but feel like my GG is hugging me. My mom says the same thing. I have decided to post the lyrics and share my memory.
