If you could pick one place in the world to live

San Francisco. Only place I've ever felt a real sense of belonging there.

Of course, one of those giant-ass six figure RVs w/no fixed abode would be groovy... some Cherry Lane acquaintances live in a truly stunning one that appears to actually have more usable floor space than my tiny house (running Viagra from Mexico is apparently a pretty lucrative gig). Don't know how well I'd deal w/the nomadic life tho, I'm kind of territorial.

If I had to pick someplace semi-exotic... Kyoto or someplace in Thailand.

I am trying to talk K into selling everything and starting our own buisness (again...you know, 9 out of 10 fail, it will be try 3 for us) doing journeys and drummings and traveling the country in an RV

My kid no want me to cause I gets sickies allot

but thats my dream...and...

I really feel drawn to Port Huron. I love it there...not just all the hot available men (there are, believe me :wink )

LOVE port cities.

Head Wreck had a nice suggestion last night. This old sea fort is currently a chi-chi resort. In my opinion, it would be the perfect headquarters for a pair of mad scientists. All we would need to do, is declare ourselves a republic, and go from there..

We keep wishing for that lottery win! :stuart:

Then all you have to do is declare war on the U.S.. they will bomb the place then spend billions fixing up better then before. just watch out for hurricanes and typhoons!

    • I should be doing all the stuff on my to-do list, which is very long. But the spirit is weary and the flesh is weak, and I'd rather watch the X-Files.   Including, but not limited to: fixing the drier vent fixing my PC (cracked thermal paste?) sorting out boxes of stuff and finding places to put stuff ferrying the last of my crap from the old place fixing outlets painting putting up the shower curtain cleaning the clutter off the table getting the boxes out of the garage Half it it seems like just fixing stuff I don't wanna fix 😞 I'll start it -- tomorrow.
    • What a classic. This is one of the things that never leaves my head no matter how hard I try (except I don't try to remove it)   I had forgotten this is one of the earliest ones though. Nearly at 3000 comics now.
    • ~~~~~ Your last statement sounds like me!
    • I had a productive day. I also have found some new music to listen to. However, one of my cats is sitting in my lap right now; usually that’s good, but he’s digging his sharp claws into my leg, which isn’t so good.
    • Tired AF... me and Youngblood was out magnet fishin' the Rocky River last night, was an Ef'ed up long day today with the work truck blowin' the trans cooler return lines. Been up all night again tonight again, got back from Leland over to Motor City Casino 'bout 4am and spent hours walkin' every floor level of the casino and parking garages over and over, time after time tryin' to locate rest of my gang... finally found a hidden enclave with a smoking slot machine rom in it that'd I'd been overlooking and all three of 'em ª$$høŁƏ$ was there, they'd been in there tha whole freakin' time... of course Bosshog has no interest in walking away from paying machines yet so I'm sittin' in the back seat of the truck chillin' in the parking garage. Blood sugar bottomed out too low to keep on adventurin' this morn' lol. That's my editorial on last nights crazy in hopes in may entertain someone. All's I got is plenty of 51/50... my cup full o' crazy runneth over so to contribute all this surplus insanity to the greater community at large just seems like a thing to do lol.
