It's not that it was cheesy that I objected to, but I thought the pacing was uneven and the composition was weak in a lot of places. The graphic novel cut scenes were great visually but made things draaag, and were generally redundant. The soundtrack is great, but the parts of the music that didn't make it into the soundtrack tended to be really rocky. Also, I thought the ending robbed the whole story of much meaning. Never heard him sing on Buffy, huh? He's pretty much my favorite singer in the world. Too bad he's a lousy songwriter...

I was watching the Pokemon video of Bitches less than an hour ago. Had a moment of deja vu when I clicked that second link. I haven't listened to much Siouxsie so I hadn't caught it before.
