You know.... that irritates me.... no bouncer needs to be such a dick as to make people want to go home..... and I've done the same thing as well. There's been nights that we left early because one of the dudes felt he needed to pop off a load of testosterone and be a dick. And for what? City Club people? CT plays at many different venues to many different crowds and I will have to say that CC has the most passive people we know.... is there really a reason for their security to be dicks? (Not you Gimp.... you've always been very cool and do your job as well.... maybe you should be in charge)

I'm really glad it went as well as it did and that you all liked it. I was wondering how well it was gonna go over... glad to see all the hard work paid off and thank you all for the kind words... it means a lot to all the bands and people involved.

Thank you guys. There is more on the aftermath thread but all the bands got a lot of compliments the night of the show and it did seem to go well. I believe Eprom Colony will be playing a full set in March there so you'll get another chance to catch them then.... I believe the Collective will be doing monthly shows there. We have meetings set up to discuss this soon.

I personally don't really want to talk about our penis Gimp but I'm happy for you... really. lol On another note.... as above... I did notice a few dudes that looked as if they should have been on a new kids on the block video pushing their way around like they were something special... I mean little runts with nothing really great about them.... and seriously.... the whole retro thing can be cool sometimes but, the Cory Feldman part of retro needs to stay where it came from... a far and distant memory... or perhaps... a far and distant memory that somehow got forgotten. Goth people may be or seem somewhat passive but really dude? Goth people will still kick your ass! They may even bite you.

What... like 200 more people came through the door than on a normal Saturday night... and Saturday night is already good? lol We had a blast and it was great to see so many faces I haven't seen in a while.... some real blast from the past! We could barely get to the bar last night.... I think the bar tenders were a little miffed... there were just so many people lol. Thank you all that came out and found the courage to come into the Ballroom. You all were a great crowd and thanks for the support.

I am very glad to see you all coming.... we've been getting a good response on the event pages. We've been around for eons but have never played to a completely "City Club" type crowd so I am excited to finally do this. I warn you though.... we're not the drum machine, techno, vocorder kind of band. We're all live and loud with real guitars, drums and such.... more on the NIN side of the street so I hope you all enjoy it. Sean CYBERTRYBE

So..... just in case anyone failed to read the flier.... we will have two DJ's in the ballroom as well as the in house DJ's in City Club. The Lovely Pleasure Kitten and the Scary - Scary Guy will be DJ'n before, in between and after the bands in the ballroom that night! Non-stop music and I'm sure between the lot of them.... they will have what you want to hear!

LOL don't wish Saturday too soon.... we're still trying to get things put together lol... give us the time we have! lol

I'm really glad that is the case Jinx cuz that post really did offend a lot of people - gonna write more about this later.... not to bash but this does relate to a lot of things going on right now.
