Yes, the first unpredictable outcome of the year.  This was definitely another one that was difficult to predict who the final rankers would be. It really got switched up there in the end.  However, it was great seeing all the participation. 😉

 

Now that the New Year has officially started and the World braces for the pending Artic Freeze, it will be fascinating to see who will brave the chill for a chance at the Ranks in:

I actually started a version of this back in 2012 called "Board Dominator" as a daily statistical way to see who were all blowing up the various Sub-forums on the board.  I saw it was me.  So in October of that year, I created Board Domination Week with a challenge to see who could out post me in a 7 day period, instead of the entire month, and have their avatar all over the forum.  I actually got members I didn't even know at the time to participate.  We actually played board tag for a bit.  A couple of times, I actually stopped posting to give someone else a chance to dominate.  It was fun.

 

However, after doing it for so long, it just became habit and here we are at month 86 of Board Domination Week.  I changed it up a bit as a way to put a positive spin on the beginning of each month and add calendar reminders to keep people informed of upcoming events.

 

So it morphed into more of a monthly greeting with a members shoutout.
