That is sad to hear, although I usually expect it from non-DJ's around here... There has been several fantastics releases this year spanning through several of the darker genres from goth/postpunk/nowave to industrial/ebm/synthpop/noise... For me, its hard to name favorites, but I can name a few that people should really check out...
