Lilly420 Posted July 31, 2011 Report Share Posted July 31, 2011 Been experimenting with a bunch of new makeup looks, some of which involve eyeliner on my lips, all of which involve lots of eyeliner in general. That's right, I'm an eyeliner whore, so sue me The issue I'm having is I'll either get eyeliner in my waterline and then my eyes will water and totally wash away my cool designs, or I'll need to eat/drink and that will take care of the eyeliner on my lips. Do they make waterproof liquid eyeliner? I think liquid looks better personally. Can anyone recommend some? I hate just going out and buying crap and then finding out it sucks lol.
