Hello everyone, I just wanted to let you know that we are finishing up the final touches of our new album "Kill Your Memories". We will be doing a CD release party through Doc's Art Audio Angst event on November 9th at the Tangent Ballroom. That evening we will not only play the album live for all of you but also introduce our newest band member Darrin Balagna. I will post a flyer when I get one from Doc. I agree with you Kat. There is a difference. A real man strives to please a woman and show her respect at the same time. Boys haven't developed that awareness yet or maturity for that matter. But don't be intimidated by men. Sadly, some would use that to their advantage. Believe in yourself. As for myself, I hate asking people out. I'm not very good at it so I will simply wait until I run into someone who wants to hang out casually as friends and if something happens it happens. Friendships are valuable to me so I await this instead of searching for love. I have learned to stop looking for it. It may or it may never find you. I am learning to just be content with myself and rebuild myself physical, mentally, and spiritually.

Hello friends and fiends, It has been quite the year for this old gothic gent. In July I had gastric bypass surgery done. All went well and I have lost over 72 pounds since then! My goal is by next year to be a lean buff 210. i went through the Barrix clinic in Ypsilanti. They were great and my insurance covered it all. If you have questions about it, let me know. For me, it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. For those of you that struggle with your weight, don't give up and do something about it!. The surgery and recovery process is not easy but well worth it. Pretty soon, I will be able to slip into my old Lip Service pvc pants again and my kick ass Noir boots. I feel like 18 again:) Another month or so and it's back to martial arts training and cross fit fun. See you soon! Robert

Yes, being single again blows. I am not good at approaching girls and asking them out. I just wanna snuggle and kiss someone. I enjoy pleasing women and my new apartment is cold and silent. I am doing everything I can to keep busy and keep my mind off of being alone again. It sucks! Hugs to all of you out there alone feeling what I feel

Well it's been a long time in the making, Sandee and I are getting a divorce this summer. Being single again is something I really dread. We are splitting up on good terms though. We are just no longer compatible. We have grown apart. I wonder who else out there has had this experience? I'm also getting open heart surgery and will be dropping a lot of weight and toning up my body for the next year. A complete Robert Make-over:) What I wonder is, how does a 40 year old man get sexy again? I feel so out of touch with the young gothlings these days. Well, a front man has gotta be sexy for his band so if you have suggestions on improving this old man I'm all ears:) Thank you

I am not a satanist but I am interested and have been studying up on black magick. I was just wondering if there was anyone who was seriously interested in black magick and wanted to chat it up with me sometime. I have recently discovered a group using black gypsy magick and necromancy. I find them fascinating. Now I am no stranger to the occult. I have been a member of the Golden Dawn, AMORC, Druidism, I studied cabala in Israel for a while, etc. I have had an extensive library of ceremonial magick and studied for well over 25 years now. This group that actively practice necromancy, black magick, etc, are like no other group I've ever seen. If anyone would like to discuss this more with me sometime, message me. However, if you get squeamish about Satanism or blood rituals, bone magick , demonology, or African voodoo based things, this is not your cup of tea. Have a darker day... :}

I was wondering if anyone out there was heavily into practicing black magick, necromancy, etc? Are there any practicing satanists on the board? Perhaps vampire magick, dark kabbalistic, demonic, etc. I am doing research right now into the left hand path and would be interested in discussing this topic with serious minded folk in this area. Greetings to all, This is robert from D:Konstruct. My drummer Jon and i are starting a new side project called DieNysus. It is a word play on the Greek God Dionysus, God of fertility, wine, dirty little boy:) We are looking for a seasoned synth player for the new project. We need someone who has decent synth equipment, reliable transportation, and an open mind. We may also need a possible bass/synth guitar player and or someone who loves and is good at creating dark disturbing video/lighting and sexy choreography. if you are interested and in the metro area. We will be playing out in 2013. Ingredients: mix in a little NKVD, Ah Coma Sotz, SIITD, Skinny Puppy, Hocico, Old NIN, and Cure-esque vocals We are not ending D:Konstruct, our new D:K album should be done in Feb. With the release of Mike's new Pulse State album which is great by the way; he is sitting this project out. Rather, this is a sort of alter ego if you will. We will be wearing a lot of dark make up (think jeepers creepers) with a strong emphasis on creating a sort of Bachus/bloody, demonic cult like effect live. Would you like to be part of DieNysus or contribute in some way? I have not been out for a while. Work is busy, life is busy. I hope to see many of you out again soon. I wouldn't have a problem with that at all. eventually, when I get through this MBA program and come up with the money, I have decided to find a nice piece of property and make it the club I've always wanted. It will be a few years down the road but it's gonna happen. Since I have a strong taste for Asian flair (and some of you know what that means), I would be happy to add something like that. I'm even planning on running a dojo in the same building, perhaps a cafe by day. It will be an investment. I already have a willing crew of people, resources, etc, it's now about finding the right property.
