It's been over four years since I landed in Colorado. Where to begin here? During the Halloween season, I'm found volunteering for a haunted house attraction here in Colorado Springs called Hellscream Haunted House. I serve as either a member of the security team each year, or alternately as an actor. It all depends on how I feel each season. I also serve in another unique position - I'm lead investigator for a local paranormal team called Rocky Mountain Research Investigation of the Paranormal & Photography, or RMRIPP. I started as an investigator way back in June of 2010, eventually working my way to lead investigator in March of 2011. Today, I work with a great team of people comprising 18 unique people who are like family to me. I'm immensely proud of what I do with my team, and I'm immensely proud of those who are with RMRIPP. In other areas of my life, I'm active with a local cosplay team based off of STARS from the Resident Evil game series. We call ourselves Colorado Springs S.T.A.R.S. We involve ourselves in not only conventions, but also do charity work for the community, with one of the biggest being the Fraternal Order of Police. Since last April, I've been to the following conventions: Starfest, Denver Comic Con, Salt Lake Comic Con, Galaxyfest and Salt Lake Comic Con Fan Experience. Through all of those, I've been privileged enough to meet Ben Browder, Avery Brooks, Nicole DeBoer, Kelly Hu, Dean Cain, Adam West, Walter Jones, David Yost, John De Lancie, Dwight Schultz, Lou Ferrigno, Kathy Garver, Beverly Washburn, Joyce DeWitt, Marta Kristen, Jon Provost, Butch Patrick, Paul Bradford, Richard Herd, Jonathan Frakes, Marina Sirtis, Gates McFadden, Michael Dorn, Denise Crosby, Karl Urban, Steve Gonsalves, Edward James Olmos, Susan Slaughter, Aaron Douglas, Ben Hansen, Neil Adams and Jason David Frank. If you're not sure who any of those people are, by all means ask! I'm a huge Trekkie, having grown up on TOS, TNG, DS9, Voyager and Enterprise. Outside of that, I'm also co-owner of Front Range Ghost Shop - I sell ghost hunting equipment. Additionally, I'm majoring in criminal justice at PPCC with plans to transfer to CTU in July to obtain a bachelor's in criminal justice. I guess you could say I'm quite the busy guy!
