I feel like some days my anxiety issues get out of hand and its hard getting back in control... I feel strong most of the time... Some days are harder than others... I will be okay... Just have to keep my chin up and keep moving towards the future... I feel like I need a distraction.... ooo shiny!

Of course it is... Just have to push through... and stay positive as difficult as it can be... I think I'm tired of it being so warm in my office every night...

Lol so the consensus is for cleavage and/or lack of good angle to take self portraits... lol Oh and Mstrbeau should take the pictures... good to know... lol

For a long time I've noticed people (mostly female but i can't assume its only them) tend to take self portraits from a raised position (camera pointing down at them) Is there a reason for that? Do guys do it too? It's baffled me for a long time... I guess i'm just bored enough to ask now... lol

I feel like my head has hurt all day... I probably should stop grinding my teeth... stupid nervous habits... I feel a little apprehensive having to deal with my ex in person for the first time in a long time in 3 weeks... but it is what it is... Mostly I feel in control for the first time in a while... and it feels good.
